Human Design I & II
Human Design I
This Human Design Session is designed in introducing you to understanding your unique profile Energy type, Strategy, and Authority. I will be guiding you through how you relate to the world in how your specific design type navigates in relationship to the world around you. You will take away a plan on how to work with this energy and not go against your unique gifts.
Human Design II
This session is for the person who has already taken a basic introduction to their design and wants to expand into a deeper dive. This will go deeper into your Gates, Centers, and Channels that are defined, undefined, and open. This gives a detailed navigation into your deeper questions of how you sense, know and logically take in the information around you. Intuitively guiding you to take away information that will aid you in all areas of love, career, & success, valuable insight to work in if you ask me!
*You will need to have your date of birth and time in order to access your Design Chart online. These sessions are done over Zoom video call as your sessions will be recorded and sent to you within 48 hours.
Integrative Somatic Healing Sessions
~Integrative Healing~
In this session these sessions I use mind-body somatic releasing techniques and intuitive guidance to help you move energy with each intentionality that is brought to the session. Somatic work taps into releasing old patterns, trauma from self, and generational stories in the cells. We can reform, regenerate and retell a new way by making spaciousness in the body and mind move in a different way.
~Ancestral Sound Healing~
This session is intended to focus on the spiritual arts of the past to meet the present to co-create the future. I use the tools of sound to bridge where there is dissonance in the healing. I intuitively will use tools such as breath and sound activation, drumming, tuning forks, gongs, and singing bowls to tap into a higher frequency Sound is so ancient with its indigenous roots drenched into the modern waves of music but the ancient usages co-created new symmetry to be formed to manifest at a higher power.
Spiritual Guidance Immerson

This session is combining integrative somatic techniques & intuitive ancestral sound activations to immerse healing into the body and lend spaciousness to the body's system. This all neuro-rewires the brain, heals the body's cells, and discovers a new way into you. This can be done both in-person and virtual.
